Retailer Carroll’s Irish Gifts, which has 14 stores throughout the country, has secured the premises formally occupied by Sam McCauley Chemists on Kilkenny’s High Street. According to Stephen Murray of JLL, who acquired on behalf of Carroll’s Irish Gifts, the location is a prime pitch, comprising a total area of about 418 square metres made up of ground floor retail space and upper floor offices/storage.
