Commercial property auctions generating plenty of interest

Last Wednesday saw as many as seven commercial properties brought to auction by well known agents at three different venues.

The largest of them, an 11,665 square metre industrial plant near Longford town, sold for well over its Euro 350,000 to Euro 375,000 guide price outside of the auction. Auctioneer Gavin Butler of Savills declined to comment on a rumour that it sold to a local buyer for around Euro 550,000.
