Commercial Media Group has acquired Plan magazine for an estimated €300,000. The specialist publisher will add the monthly architectural journal to its existing range of four construction industry publications.
Established in 1968, Plan Magazine has a circulation of 3,400. Tony Cantwell, chief executive of Commercial Media, said he intended to increase circulation by 10 per cent.
