Commercial market still in decline with few deals

Irish commercial property values are continuing to decline, with a ‘‘dearth of transactional activity’’ in the first six months of this year, according to new research by property consultant s CB Ri chard Ellis (CBRE).

Irish commercial property values are continuing to decline, with a ‘‘dearth of transactional activity’’ in the first six months of this year, according to new research by property consultant s CB Ri chard Ellis (CBRE).

CBRE’s latest Irish capital markets bulletin reported a 7.6 per cent decline in capital values for the first half of 2011, bringing the total drop since the market’s peak to 63 per cent.
