Commercial lots dominate Allsop Space auction
The largest Allsop Space auction by volume takes place at the RDS next week, with Euro 38 million worth of lots on offer, writes Donal Buckley.
A Dublin 7 office block with a €5.5 million plus guide price is among the 108 commercial properties listed in Allsop Space's catalogue for its May 2 auction.
In all, 224 lots with combined guide prices totalling €38 million are included in the catalogue and commercial properties account for more than half the value or €22 million.
