Commercial terminal traffic for Shannon, Dublin and Cork airports dropped by two per cent in February from the previous year according to new figures from the Irish Aviation Authority.

Commercial terminal traffic for Shannon, Dublin and Cork airports dropped by two per cent in February from the previous year according to new figures from the Irish Aviation Authority.

Irish air traffic rose 1.9 per cent in February overall.

There was an average of 1,249 daily flights during the month; the busiest day being February 22nd with 1,375 flights in Irish airspace.
