Russells, a pub in the Dublin suburb of Ranelagh, is being put up for sale for €1.75 million. CBRE is handling the sale of the pub on the instruction of Eamonn Richardson and Kieran Wallace, KPMG, who are joint statutory receivers of Dublin Taverns Limited. The corner premises was reconstructed around a decade ago.
