Bank of Ireland building sale exceeds asking price

Agent TWM has completed the sale of Bank of Ireland Drogheda for €4.2 million, exceeding the guide price of €4.08 million.

The bank branch, refurbished in 2006, is a landmark semi-detached Victorian building with a modern extension at the rear.

Bank of Ireland currently occupies the property on a 25-year full repairing and insuring lease from December 2006 with no break options, which reflects a 15-year secure income stream on the duration of the lease.
