Russells pub in Ranelagh village in Dublin 6 has been sold for more than €1.75 million. The pub was bought by Irishmen David Kelly and Ciaran Sheehan, who have spent the last 16 years building the successful Ri Ra chain of pubs in America with their partner Jay Luther. The property was sold on the instructions of Eamonn Richardson and Kieran Wallace, KPMG, who are joint statutory receivers of Dublin Taverns Limited....
