Fashion retailer Massimo Dutti has agreed to let the former HMV outlet on Grafton Street.

The old HMV store on Grafton Street will soon host a Massimo Dutti shop.

Fashion retailer Massimo Dutti has agreed to let the former HMV outlet on Dublin's Grafton Street. Spanish firm Inditex, which owns Massimo Dutti and Zara, has agreed to let 65/66 Grafton Street for a passing rent in the region of €1 million per year.

Massimo Dutti's other retail operation is at Dundrum Town Centre, where it has been trading strongly since the centre opened in 2005. The store is among the best to become available on...
