Savills is selling four Dublin apartment developments at substantial discounts.

Four developments on the market for €35.5 million

Four Dublin apartment developments funded by Bank of Scotland (Ireland) are being sold at substantial discounts after being put into receivership by the bank. Dessie Kilkenny of Savills is selling the four developments, a total of 338 apartments, currently producing over €3.8 million in rental income.

Among the schemes to be sold is Rockbrook in Sandyford, which was developed by the Cork-based Fleming group, which is on sale...
