AIB’s deal with Gary Kennedy to retain its former finance director as a ‘‘special adviser’’ raises a number of questions.
The bank’s annual report, which was published last week, outlined the agreement that went hand-in-hand with Kennedy’s departure, which was announced last June, just weeks after Eugene Sheehy was parachuted in ahead of Kennedy to take over from Michael Buckley as chief executive.
