James Reilly: time to accept responsibility.

The Minister for Health James Reilly has declared a commitment to tackling the non-consultant hospital doctor (NCHD) hours crisis by announcing a major reform of medical training. This is to take place by summer 2014.

He stated he wanted to put an end to the "immoral and wrong" practice of recruiting overseas junior doctors, and to the loss of our own trained doctors abroad.
