Luke and Brian Comer, the Irish property tycoons, are poised to buy the massive MetroPark site in north Co Dublin.

The Galway brothers are understood to be planning to build a science park, offices and houses on the 210-acre north Dublin land bank, which surrounds the last planned Metro stop before Dublin Airport.

In 2008, developer Liam Carroll had agreed to buy the MetroPark site for about €250 million from Hugo Byrne and his family....
