The Comers, the Galway building brothers, are going up against major international funds to capture Clancy Quay, a €70 million apartment development on the banks of the Liffey in Dublin.

Luke and Brian Comer, who previously bought the half-built 14-storey Sentinel building in Dublin's Sandyford, have made it to the second phase of the bidding process for Clancy Quay.
