Collen in €48m deal

Collen Construction has won a €48.8 million contract from the Nat ional Association Of Building Co-Operatives (Nabco) to build a new residential development in Tyrellstown, west Dublin.

Collen Construction has won a €48.8 million contract from the Nat ional Association Of Building Co-Operatives (Nabco) to build a new residential development in Tyrellstown, west Dublin.

The new development will consist of 232 residential units in a mix of two- and three-storey homes. Collen was the lowest of nine bidders for the project, according to Nabco, the parent body for Irish local building co-operatives.
