The scheme of three and four-bedroom coastal homes is being handled by O’Farrell Cleere

Developer Ballymore has launched a new scheme of three and four-bedroom coastal homes in Portmarnock, north Dublin, to the market this weekend. Savills and Malahide agent O’Farrell Cleere are handling the sale of the homes, which are close to Velvet Strand beach.

There are six house types in all and the homes at St Marnock’s on the Station Road range in price from €450,000 to €665,000.
