The Glanbia Co-operative Society has received 75 per cent approval in a first vote on a plan to cut its Glanbia shareholding to 41.4 per cent.

The Glanbia Co-operative Society has received 75 per cent approval in a first vote on a plan to cut its Glanbia shareholding to 41.4 per cent.

A second meeting to confirm the approval will be held on 12th December, Glanbia said. This second vote will also require 75 per cent approval by Society members.
