CMC seeks investors for €100m syndicate
CMC Capital, which recently spent more than €130 million on commercial property in Germany, is now seeking to raise another €20 million in investor equity for a new property syndicate which will again hunt out investment properties in Germany.
The minimum investment in the new syndicate will be €100,000 with increased investments in increments of €10,000 allowed. Non-recourse finance of 80 per cent will then be targeted, gearing the fund to around €100 million.
The syndicate is expected to run for a period of seven-and-a-half years and the promoters state that the projected rate of return on the investment is 27 per cent per annum before tax and net of fees.
