The government has an ambitious new plan for using cloud computing in the delivery of public services. Leslie Faughnan reports.

"Cloud computing has huge potential to radically change how public services are delivered," said Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform Brendan Howlin as the government published its long-awaited Cloud Computing Strategy for the Public Service last July.
