Opera Briefs, a creative partnership between the Lir Academy of Dramatic Art in TCD and the Royal Irish Academy of Music to stage operas in Dublin, made an impressive beginning last December with an inaugural production of three short works.

The project builds on each organisation's expertise and also draws on the wealth of experience of leading Irish directors, conductors and designers who will work closely with students both on and off-stage.
