Leading composer Elaine Agnew has gone back to junior school to help develop a love of music among young children.

Leading composer Elaine Agnew has gone back to junior school to help develop a love of music among young children.

The project, commissioned by Wicklow County Council, sees pupils performing alongside four music teachers from Music Generation Wicklow, which operates in 26 schools and 2,000 pupils overall. The tutors include Eric Sweeney, whose opera The Invader has just premiered (see review below).
