Naas-born soprano Celine Byrne's soaring career has now been slowed by the news that she has had to pull out of a starring role in Covent Garden's new production of Puccini's La Bohème, due to health reasons.
Byrne will be replaced by Italian soprano Carmen Giannattasio.
