Two Clarion Hotels in Dublin have been put on the market with a combined price tag of €40 million.

Two Clarion Hotels in Dublin have been put on the market with a combined price tag of €40 million.

The Clarion at the International Financial Services Centre and at the airport were put up for sale by broker Savills on behalf of receiver KPMG. which were appointed by Nama.

The two hotels were part of a larger group of hotels previously linked to developer Paddy Kelly. Throughout 2011, many parts of the property empire assembled...
