Significant Irish interest is expected to be shown in Claridge House, a mixed-use investment in the Mayfair area of London, which has come on the market through selling agent Michael Elliott.

The company is seeking offers of over stg£15.4 million excluding Vat for the property, which reflects a net initial yield of 4 per cent and a reversionary yield of 6.3 per cent based on acquisition costs of 5.75 per cent.
