CIE has sold its land holdings in Spencer Dock to Davy Stockbrokers in a deal understood to be worth about €20 million.

CIE has sold its land holdings in Spencer Dock to Davy Stockbrokers in a deal understood to be worth about €20 million.

The company is selling off assets to deal with financial difficulties which necessitated a €36 million injection of emergency funding from the government earlier this year.
