Telefónica Ireland, which operates the O2 brand, has announced a new managed tablet service.

The company said that the new service is built around three pillars: firstly, supply and distributing tablets, Sim cards, price plans and software to customers; secondly, configuration and provision of email, instant messaging and other collaboration software; and thirdly, ongoing management and support of a company's tablet portfolio.
