The value of the Church of Ireland’s funds dropped by more than 40 per cent last year, according to a report to be presented to this week’s general synod.

The value of the Church of Ireland’s funds dropped by more than 40 per cent last year, according to a report to be presented to this week’s general synod.

The report, drawn up by the Representative Church Body, shows that the Church’s funds fell to €386 million last year from €662 million in 2007.
