Christies to sell NAMA art

Ireland’s National Asset Management Agency has instructed London auction house Christies to sell 14 works of art from the private collection of a NAMA debtor at international auctions in London and New York in November.

Ireland’s National Asset Management Agency has instructed London auction house Christies to sell 14 works of art from the private collection of a NAMA debtor at international auctions in London and New York in November.

According to Bloomberg News, the collection includes works by William Scott, Roderick O’Connor and Andy Warhol.

The debtor has co-operated in the disposal, NAMA said in an e-mailed statement.
