Neville Isdell, the new owner of Custom House Quay (CHQ) in Dublin, has appointed estate agents Lisney to secure tenants as a first step in the development of its restaurant and retail strategy for the landmark building in Dublin's docklands.
Since the acquisition of CHQ in August, CHQ Dublin Ltd has outlined development plans to turn the units along George's Dock into a culinary destination, with restaurants and/or gastropubs set to line the row.
