Choice plans 25 new hotels in Britain

Choice Hotels Ireland, the hotel chain backed by multimillionaire property developer Paddy Kelly, plans to open up to 25 hotels in Britain over the next three to five years.

Choice Hotels Ireland, the hotel chain backed by multimillionaire property developer Paddy Kelly, plans to open up to 25 hotels in Britain over the next three to five years.

The group, which operates 21 hotels in Ireland, has already secured a site for a four-star hotel in Kensington, London, which is due to open in the middle of next year. The group is also in negotiations for several other sites, and expects to make more announcements shortly.
