Children's hospital mess must be sorted

The scale of the mess over the new children's hospital is almost beyond belief.

Serious decisions now have to be taken on what happens next - and if the right decision is to move to a new site, then the government must have the courage to do so. Building a smaller facility on a site that is clearly problematic may simply not be the right thing to do, in terms of the quality of care and ease of accessibility for sick children.
