Chicago condo scheme offered in Ireland

The latest condo development in Chicago to be offered to Irish investors will be launched in Dublin next week.

Around 200 units have already been sold in the X/O scheme, but Irish agent Gunne New Homes Overseas believes there is still the potential for significant uplift for Irish buyers, given that the units are not due to be completed until 2010.
