Armagh apple tartlets with caramel sauce.

This dish is a nice twist on a traditional apple pie, and is perfect comfort food for chilly afternoons.

It's a cararmelised apple tart inspired by the 'Orchard of Ireland' - Co Armagh. You can use brandy instead of Calvados if you like.
