Lemon, ginger and passionfruit cheesecake.

I just love the combination of lemon and ginger. Cheesecake is a very popular dish and this particular flavour is superb.

You need to be quite careful when making this particular recipe as it can 'over set' with the addition of the lemon, so take your time.
