Lorraine Heskin and Lorraine Byrne set up Gourmet Food Parlour six years ago, and over the years have expanded it from a café to a fully-fledged restaurant business serving tapas and à la carte dishes. This is one of our signature dishes and a firm favourite among our regulars.
