Chef's Table

Beetroot and pear salad with Bellingham blue cheese and candied pecans.

I love the earthy taste the fresh beetroot brings to this dish, as well as the pungent aroma from the blue cheese and the sweetness of the pears. The whole dish screams of summer and fresh flavours.
