CFI Property buys prime Amsterdam office for €15.3m

CFI Property Management has purchased an office building of more than 5,100 square metres in Amsterdam.

CFI Property Management has purchased an office building of more than 5,100 square metres in Amsterdam.

The purchase price of €15.3 million represents an initial yield of 5.3 per cent after standard costs of 8 per cent. CFI was advised by Hamilton Osborne King. The building at 258-266 Herengracht is the Amsterdam headquarters of the international advertising company Wieden & Kennedy which also has offices in New York, Portland, Tokyo and Shanghai.
