New York-based private equity firm Cerberus, which manages 20 billion in funds, will find out tomorrow if the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will settle its case against waste management company Greenstar, which Cerberus is trying to buy.

The EPA has taken the action ''seeking to recover money that was collected to fund closure, remediation and aftercare of the landfills in Meath, Galway and Wicklow''.
