Century founder wants Oyster firms wound up

Gerry McCaughey, the multimillionaire founder of Century Homes, has launched legal proceedings against two companies controlled by Bill McCabe, the high- profile entrepreneur.

Gerry McCaughey, the multimillionaire founder of Century Homes, has launched legal proceedings against two companies controlled by Bill McCabe, the high- profile technology entrepreneur.

McCaughey is petitioning the High Court to wind up Oyster Circle and Oyster Technologies, claiming to be owed an outstanding debt.

The petitions will be heard simultaneously on Friday, according to court records.
