Centric Health favourite to buy Mount Carmel

Centric Health is poised to buy Mount Carmel Hospital in Dublin, with a deal expected to be finalised within weeks.

Centric Health is poised to buy Mount Carmel Hospital in Dublin, with a deal expected to be finalised within weeks.

Centric Health was founded by two medical practitioners, Dr Maurice Cox and Dr Ray Power, in 2003. It provides medical recruitment, primary care and diagnostic imaging services.

The company's recent deals have been financed by Metric Capital, a private capital fund manager.
