Central scheme by quay

Hooke & MacDonald has released the final phase of 30 two and three-bedroom apartments at Longboat Quay, a €200 million waterfront residential scheme in the heart of Dublin’s south docklands.

The development, which is being built by Michael McNamara & Co, is situated between the Liffey and the Grand Canal Dock and is adjacent to the new Civic Square.

It is predominantly comprised of large two and three-bedroom apartments.
