Central Bank posts highest ever profit

The Central Bank’s annual report shows that the bank made a profit of €1.5 billion in 2013, its highest profit ever.

The Central Bank’s annual report, published this morning, shows that the bank made a profit of €1.5 billion in 2013, its highest profit ever.

The bank will pay a dividend of €1.2 billion to the Exchequer.
