Central Bank issues warning on investment firm

The Central Bank has published the name of an "unauthorised" investment firm and warned consumers about the downfalls of dealing with unauthorised firms.

The Central Bank has published the name of an "unauthorised" investment firm, Frank Goldenberg Yoshi (Hong Kong).

A statement from the bank said that Frank Goldenberg Yoshi (Hong Kong) "has been offering investment services to members of the Irish public and is not authorised as an investment firm in Ireland".

The bank said that a list of unauthorised firms published to date is available on the Central Bank website.
