A retail group that employs 100 people in three Centra shops has gone into interim examinership.

Accountant Neil Hughes of Hughes Blake has been appointed as interim examiner to five related companies that own the stores in Lucan and Tallaght in west Dublin. The companies are KVSK Holdings, Karl Smith Retail, Griffeen Centra, Vive Supermarkets and KV Properties. They are owned by Kevin and Vivienne Dowd.
