Cavan estate houses include golf membership
The combination of a rural setting and complimentary membership of an 18-hole golf course is likely to generate interest in the first phase of houses on the Farnham Estate in Co Cavan.
The scheme, which is expected to be complete by the end of 2007, will comprise 130 houses with two to five bedrooms, spread out on grounds of 1,300 acres. A total of 20 properties are ready for the inaugural release. Interest is expected from a cross-section of buyers, particularly those seeking a holiday home, and professionals trading up and looking for a base within easy reach of Cavan.
