Once a major force in the baking industry, the Kylemore Group is now focusing on major growth in corporate catering, writes Catherine O’Mahony.

Last October, students at University Col lege Cork were treated to free fruit for the day by the Kylemore Group, which had just acquired the catering contract for all the university’s 17,000 students and 3,000 staff.
