Developer Liam Carroll has applied to demolish the former Dillon Eustace headquarters building at 1 Grand Canal Upper in Dublin 4.

Developer Liam Carroll has applied to demolish the former Dillon Eustace headquarters building at 1 Grand Canal Upper in Dublin 4.

If successful in his application, Carroll will demolish the four-storey brick-clad office building and construct a six-storey office building measuring 4,386 square metres.

There would also be a single-level basement car park with 21 car parking spaces.
