Developer Liam Carroll has decided to apply to the Dubl in Docklands Development Authority for a Section 25 planning permission for an office scheme at North Wall Quay in Dublin 3.

Developer Liam Carroll has decided to apply to the Dubl in Docklands Development Authority for a Section 25 planning permission for an office scheme at North Wall Quay in Dublin 3.

Nearly 30,000 square metres at the scheme are pre-let to Anglo Irish Bank and O’Donnell Sweeney solicitors, but Dublin City Council recently rejected the original scheme, criticising its excessive bulk and massing and saying its plot ratio was out of scale with the current development plan....
