The Carlton hotel group plans to invest €100 million in six hotel developments in the coming year, according to its sales and marketing director, Paul Carey.

The group already manages the Atlantic Coast Hotel in Westport in Mayo and the Millrace Hotel in Bunclody in Wexford. It also manages the Carlton Redcastle Hotel near Derry.
